A battery recycling plant located in east Los Angeles knowingly released arsenic and lead into the surrounding communities, exposing more than 100,000 people. The plant closed in 2015 but the life-threatening problems remain. NBC News’ Cynthia McFadden talks to residents, who say they are furious with how the cleanup has gone.
